The Aberdeen Historic District, Bethesda Presbyterian Church, John Blue House, and Malcolm Blue Farm are listed on the National Register of Historic Places. According to the United States Enumeration Bureau, the town has a total region of 6.2 square miles (16 km2), of which, 6.2 square miles (16 km2) of it is territory and 0.16% is water.
